POLITICAL ACHIEVEMENTS

Dr. Kwabena Adjei can be credited with several unique achievements as a member of the leadership and a member of the NDC party from 1987 to date.

He played a pivotal role in stabilizing the governance of the Volta region, where changes in appointees had become the order of the day and a destabilizing force in the Volta region before 1987.

He has discharged his duties as deputy minister or alternate minister wherever he is appointed.

He was instrumental in spreading the time bomb put by the dissident reform party to weaken or disintegrate the NDC around 1998-1999.

He led the NDC to resurrect his sleep and shutters by opposing a soft electoral victory in 2009.

He again led the NDC to retain power in 2012.

He played a neutral leadership role in ensuring that the NDC survives, unites and develops.

He delegated functions to his subordinates and allowed them to play their role unhindered, thus enabling them to demonstrate their political and other potential.
