He revealed that he had secured a contract with the Electrolux company after four months of countless refusals in the job search process.

Mr. Adadevoh said, "My friends were asking questions. They said what's wrong with this guy? You went to school in Ghana, you came to London and you want an office job. It does not work like that, but something in me makes me move forward. But I really wanted this break. I continued to study, I continued to pbad interviews, I did over 400 interviews and I received an offer of employment. But that's all I needed. Just an offer of employment.

He stated that "in the era of digitization, most Ghanaians did not have the" spirit "of patience, nor did they have the Endurance needed to continue to put pressure when they were looking for a job. They believed rather in a mistake the immediacy and when things do not happen as expected, they give up.

Referring to his story at the 2019 SpringBoard Convocation in Accra, Mr. Adadevoh urged clients to believe in themselves and in their abilities, even if there would be difficult times when the situation would seem hopeless.

He said, "Sometimes you have to hang on and if you believe it enough, you will put what you need and it will happen".

He then added that his zeal for something, coupled with his determination, led him to get his first job.
