President Nana Addo condemned the recent terrorist attack in New Zealand.
About 49 people were killed and at least 20 injured during a shootout in two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Following the incident, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison described an alleged Australian gunman as a "right-wing extremist" terrorist.
In a statement, President Akufo-Addo said: "I join the rest of the world in condemning the terrorist attack in New Zealand and I sympathize with the families of the dead and wounded and with the government of the first Minister Jacinda Arden. "
