Suicide team 2 will be a "full reboot" and will hit the cinemas before Guardians of the galaxy Vol 3.
Both films will be directed by James Gunn, who has recently been reinstated as director of Guardians 3, having already been fired by Disney for the reappearance of offensive old tweets.
And, speaking recently, DC producer Peter Safran confirmed that Gunn was going to shoot on The suicide brigade before he returns to Marvel.

He said JoBlo: "Everyone knows from both sides that Suicide team [2] is the priority today and he is going to finish this movie and everyone knows that his next movie will be guardians [3]. "
Safran also confirmed that Suicide team 2 will be a "total reboot" and not just a sequel – which makes sense, given the poor reviews of the first movie.
(Although David Ayer's 2016 film won an Oscar, yes, really.)
"First of all, we do not call him Suicide team 2 "Because it's a total reboot," added Safran.

"It's all you hope for from a James Gunn scenario and I think that says a lot and that it promises a lot and I know we'll deliver a lot."
The news comes after reports that Will Smith will probably not come back The suicide brigade like Deadshot.
The suicide brigade released in cinemas on August 6, 2021.
