Kevin Tsujihara resigned as President and CEO of Warner Bros. as a result of an investigation into his relationship with actress Charlotte Kirk and allegations that he would have used his influence to help him find work at the studio.
In a statement, Tsujihara said that he realized that "my continued leadership could be a distraction and an obstacle to the continued success of the company." Warner Bros., parent of Warner Bros., said the company would unveil Tuesday an interim management team.

Tsujihara had been running the studio since early 2013. He worked for Warner Bros. since 1994, starting in commercial development and climbing the ladder in home entertainment.
