Goldman Sachs has expanded its program, one year old, to hire more workers from underrepresented groups, including targets for Black and Latino hires for the first time.
The firm has set "ambitious targets" according to which half of new badysts and junior badociates recruited in the United States would be women, 11% black and 14% Latino, according to a memo sent Monday. The company has set a lower target for black hires in the UK, where it targets a level of 9%.
