Lala Kent, a model and star of "Vanderpump Rules," revealed Sunday that she was an alcoholic.
"Five months ago, I realized I was an alcoholic," Kent said in an article posted on Instagram by The New York Post.

"I always say that if you do not need to be sober, I would not recommend it.But me, as a person who needs to be sober, I'm in my d & # 39; Correct mind every day is really amazing. "
Kent referred to Bill Wilson, co-founder of Alcoholic Anonymous. She told her disciples, "You will never know how important this program is to me. [It] I gave a new life. "
The reality star "Vanderpump Rules" explained to Cosmopolitan in December that she was treating herself with alcohol and grbad after her father's death in April 2018.
"I had the impression of falling into a pattern.But I am actually, for the moment, completely sober.I have never been happier," said Kent. "So, I know it's a problem I'll have to face day-to-day, but it's the right decision for me."

Kent said he understood one day that "enough is enough" and called it "the best decision of my life".
