Officials of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Ellembelle constituency in the western region have denied media reports that its director, Dr. Orlando Kwafo, was fired as a result of the arrest. a statement from the ruling party, the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).
In a statement, the party said that it was the constituency secretary who was the chief administrator of the party and that no letter of appointment had been handed to a person as a that party administrator in the district of Ellembelle.
The party's statement was a reaction to a Daily Guide article that Dr. Orlando Kwafo, head of activities at the party's office in Aiyinasi, allowed NPP communicators to use the party's local FM station to: criticize the MP from Emmanuel Armah Kofi Buah region.
The story was that the incident occurred on Sunday, March 17, 2019, when the fired officer reportedly called one of the NPP communicators to the party office to use his local finance minister to talk about politics.
According to Daily Guide, the NPP communicator, known as the Ellembelle Humanity, was exposing Mr. Kofi-Buah for doing nothing for the constituency.
"Humanity criticized Armah Kofi-Buah on the NDC's local television channel and, finally, some members of the NDC of the community rushed to pull humanity out of the office," the source said.
But in their statement, the party said: "Ellembelle's constituency office does not carry out any form of commercial activity with a local radio station set up in its office, so to invite guests to attend. Ordinary person who is ill-intentioned for any transaction. "

The attention of the district of Ellembelle [NDC] was attracted by a media publication circulating with impunity under the title "Ellembelle NDC sacks Administration"
The party wishes to inform the general public that;
1. The party-level party office has neither employed nor engaged anyone as a party administrator. Apparently, it is the riding secretary who is the chief administrator of the party; therefore, no letter of appointment has been addressed to any person as a party administrator in the Ellembelle constituency.
2. The Ellembelle Constituency Office does not carry on any commercial activity with a local FM station set up in the party offices, so as to invite any ill-intentioned person to any transaction.
3. The party office in Aiyinase was not opened today, March 16, 2019. In fact, the Constituency Secretary and the Member of Parliament, a member of the Elections Branch and I have come to visit the office. No one has registered there yet. the fact that doors and locks have been tampered with and all equipment and materials are placed in the intended location and intact.
It appeared to us that two unscrupulous individuals, who have no place or center, in their pursuit of fame, spit lies on various social media platforms.
We will want to warn the criminals to refrain from interfering in the NDC party offices because we will send them away with absolute force.
The general public, especially the NDC members, are badured of the measures taken by the party to keep its functions in pursuit of party loyalists.
