John Peters, General Manager of Strategic Minerals PLC (LON: SML), and Peter Wale, General Manager, explain to Andrew Scott of Proactive London their decision to acquire 100% of the Redmoor Tin and Tungsten project at Cornwall.
SML has entered into agreements with New Age Exploration Limited to purchase its entire 50% interest for a maximum consideration of £ 2.66 million.
The money will be payable in three stages.
