Jesy Nelson is ready to talk about her own fight against mental health for a new documentary.
The Little Mix star is badociated with the BBC to examine the effects of social media on the image of their bodies and their mental health.
It's something that the X Factor winner knows everything about.
And in a new documentary, Jesy Nelson: My Story, she explains how to grow in the age of selfies fueled by social media, shame and trolling have a profound impact on the mental health of young people.
After living in the limelight for the last seven years, Jesy will bring to the documentary her unique vision and pbadion, sharing her very personal experiences and speaking to the affected youth.

Jesy, 27, announced the news in a video on Instagram.
She said: "So I can finally announce that I am making a film with the BBC and that it is a subject that is really close to my heart and concerns mental health awareness.
"One in four men and women suffer from mental health and this is a topic that I personally think we do not talk enough about, and I'm doing this film because I really, really, want to change the lives of others. "
In the legend, Jesy, who attends Love Island star Chris Hughes, explained that she would tell her own story in the film.

The documentary will premiere on BBC Three before being broadcast on BBC One.
