Ghana's senior national team head coach James Kwasi Appiah says he is impressed by the attitude of his players during the team's first training at the Accra stadium on Tuesday.
Twenty-one players out of 24 showed up at the training and the other three should join the team at the camp today.
The three players include Kwadwo Asamoah, Caleb Ekuban and Daniel Opare, who replaces Andy Yiadom. The rear wing of Reading FC was injured in their league game this weekend.
The team trained for two hours and underwent drills and pbades before playing a short game to test the water.
After the training session, coach Kwasi Appiah revealed that the decent performance of the players would make it difficult for him to name a team for the last Saturday CAN qualifier.
"Since their arrival, everyone is behaving and if you watch the workouts at a time that I wanted to close, everyone proves what he knows how to play and in fact, it makes me hard work but good for the nation, "said the coach
He added that the team "will be training today (Wednesday) around 6 pm so we can feel the light, then we train on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning."
Kenya's Harambee stars are scheduled to arrive in Accra on Thursday.
