First Agri-Food Sector Meeting at UWR to Boost Investment

Wa, March 20th, GNA –
The first-ever Agri-Food Trade Fair and Conference was held in Wa, Upper
Capital of the Western Region, to stimulate agricultural investments and raise public awareness
awareness on a multi – million euro project launched in 2017.

The World Bank
diagnostic study on the private sector in Ghana had identified agribusiness as
one of the most promising economic sectors.

Dr. Nurah said several
government interventions were therefore deployed to stimulate
investments in the agricultural sector and create sustainable and prosperous
l & # 39; agribusiness.

The declaration of Malabo
