This paved the way for the midfield exit this summer, and recent reports suggest that he had already reached an agreement to reach Barcelona for a free transfer.
But Manchester United is about to return to the French signing race after Véronique Rabiot insisted that his son's future has not yet been decided.
"Everyone says we have already signed up with a club," she said. The Team. "But we have not signed anywhere.
"We really did not have the opportunity to worry about it. At the end of last year, I said I would not talk to any club until January 1st.
"I have been out of this world for over two months, with all our misfortunes. There are priorities in life. They were elsewhere for us.
Rabiot won four league titles and nine national cups during a career at PSG regrouping 227 players in the first team.
