The late footballer Emiliano Sala's mother accused her Cardiff City club of disrespecting her family and said "I demand justice".
Mercedes Taffarel said that his son, who died in a plane crash over the English Channel in January, "had not been taken care of as he deserved."
Cardiff is stuck in a row with the former club of Sala, Nantes, which asks the Welsh club to pay the transfer fee of £ 15 million agreed a few days before his death.
Ms. Taffarel said Cardiff's reluctance to pay was a "sign of disrespect towards my family".

Argentine striker Sala, 28, and pilot David Ibbotson died in the plane Piper PA-46 Malibu on January 21st. The footballer's body was identified on February 7th.

Sala had scored 12 goals in 19 league games for Nantes in the first half of the season, prompting Cardiff to pay him a record 15 million pounds.

Agent Willie McKay planned that the flight takes Sala to Cardiff, but he did not participate in the selection of the aircraft or the pilot.
Ms. Taffarel said, "He spoke with my daughter but not with me. And I have no answer from him. He made the plane available.
The plane remains underwater 21 miles off the coast of Guernsey in the Channel, bad weather preventing any effort to recover it.
Last month, Nantes filed a complaint with FIFA concerning Cardiff's refusal to pay the first payment of the tax.
