Tesla returns sponsorship program – with fewer free cars

Tesla killed its sponsorship program on Feb. 1, citing high costs – presumably because the company was selling dozens and dozens of cars for $ 250,000 for free – but in a typical Elon Musk half-turn, the Company has just announced that it is proposing the return sponsorship program with some adjustments on the top.

Basically, your benefits to convincing your friends and family to buy a Tesla have been greatly reduced, but they still have nothing to sneeze. Do it, and you'll get 1,000 free turbocharging miles, in addition to taking part in two random draws: a monthly chance to win a series of founders Tesla Model Y and a quarterly chance of this coveted, signed by the Elon-based founders. Musk's version of the Tesla Roadster.

(You have two chances at these prices, by reference, if your car already has free overfeed.)

Still, this offer is not as generous as the previous sponsorship program, which offered not just six months of free boost by sponsorship and a wide variety of other rewards (including free Tesla Powerwall batteries, free high-end wheels and fun entertainment "adventures" like the chance to watch a SpaceX rocket, although some of them are also restored), but also a 2% reduction on a Tesla Roadster that could, slowly, be a guaranteed free car according to ELECTrekReports.

There are also some essential conditions: credits expire after 12 months, free overeating expires after 3 years and Tesla declares that it will not respect the codes when customers buy and sell them or act from bad faith.

But do not look for a gift horse in your mouth, however: 12 free Y models and 4 free Roadsters a year are still a big prize for the lucky ones.
