Vegan YouTuber Rawvana is excused from the fans after discovering that she was no longer vegan when she was caught eating fish.

The YouTube star, her real name Yovana Mendoza Ayres, posted a 33-minute video to apologize and explain to her fans.

"I just want to say that I'm really sorry for the way the news has been communicated to you," she began the video.

"You probably feel cheated and lied … and for that, I beg your pardon."

The 28-year-old recalled that she had adopted a "raw vegan" diet six years ago and helped her overcome her addiction to alcohol and tobacco.

"I felt at the top of the world," she said.

However, she revealed that two months ago she had started incorporating eggs and fish into her diet for health reasons.

She went on to explain that her menstruation had stopped after a complete fast, that she had been diagnosed pre-menopausal and that she was anemic to the limit.

However, people simply did not have it on hand, many claiming that she was shooting raw vegan challenge videos during the time she was re-entering eggs and fish in her diet.

"No, it's not a thing" I'm human, I made a mistake, "commented a television viewer.

"It's an abusive use of your platform. It is extremely upsetting. Honesty is always the best policy. So disappointed.
