Measles was diagnosed in two residents of Multnomah and Clackamas counties in a Marion County case, the Oregon Health Authority said Friday.

Measles in Marion County led to the diagnosis of two more cases in the counties of Multnomah and Clackamas, health officials said Friday afternoon.
The Oregon Health Authority said the two cases were linked to an outbreak first reported 10 days ago when an infectious Illinois traveler with measles returned in Salem at the end of February.
The resident of Clackamas County reportedly visited a missionary training school, Youth With a Mission, along with the resident of Illinois, health officials said.
"The spread of this disease in Oregon is a sober reminder of how this virus can travel," said Ann Thomas, of the Oregon Health Authority. "So, if you have not already done so, make sure all adults and children in your household are up to date with vaccines."
The cases of Marion County are unrelated to the ongoing epidemic in Clark County, Washington State, which began in January, health officials said.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, a measles rash usually appears about 14 days after a person's exposure to the virus.

– Foursquare Church Evolution, Portland, March 16th from 11am to 1:30 pm. and March 17 from 9:30 to 14:00
-Von Ebert Brewing (Glendoveer location), Portland, March 17 from 1:45 pm to 4:30 pm.
Kaiser Rockwood Medical Center, Portland, March 19th from 12:30 pm to 3 pm
