After weeks of fighting in eastern Syria, the Syrian democratic forces have declared the end of the Islamic State as a territorial entity in Iraq and Syria. But there are fears that EI will retreat to a "virtual caliphate" from where it will attempt to inspire more attacks. Ben Wedeman reports on CNN.
