At Tim Hortons, I order a refill of coffee. At the window, the lady takes the coffee in a disposable cup and pours it into my reusable cup. I asked her if they had reused the goblet, she shrugged. I asked her if they were throwing the cup, she said yes !! #fail #TimHortons #respectful of nature

In their response on Twitter, they advised the client to speak to the management of his Tim Hortons location where the incident occurred.
