Sister Deborah
In our courses of religious and moral education and basic skills, we were taught that wearing short dresses as a woman was not morally right.
We have been taught to dress appropriately to be perceived as legal persons.
But Deborah Vanessa believes the opposite.
For her, it's not wise to teach girls that wearing a short skirt is not morally right and that it will lead to rape.
She pointed out that schools should stop using the archaic curriculum and other reference sources such as the Bible to teach children because it corrupts the brain.
She said, "The most stupid thing I learned while studying in Ghana was the fact that we should not wear short skirts as this could lead to rape."
