Police in Ashanti regional capital, Kumasi, arrested six people linked to the alleged killing of two middle-aged women in Abrepo, in the garden city.

Superintendent Twum Barima, officer of the Ashanti Regional Police Command, made this known during an interview with the media.

He said that "although some arrests have been made, the information collected to date is not concrete enough to prosecute them."

The police chief called on the public to provide information on the alleged killings of the two women.

It will be recalled that Kumasi was informed of the "mysterious death" of two young women whose bodies were found near the Samad Hotel in Abrepo on Wednesday, March 20th.
