Frenkie de Jong joins Barcelona on PSG following Nike's offer to subsidize wages

Frenkie de Jong's decision to join Barcelona in February would have been influenced by Nike's offer to subsidize the young midfielder's wages.

As for De Jong, he has previously stated that the move was only inspired by his love for Barca from a young age.
