The moment you've all waited for has arrived! Forget Avengers: End of the game and John Wick: Chapter 3! We have the first trailer to share with you for the live-action Dora the explorer movie, Dora and the lost gold city!
Since I raised three girls, I know Dora the Explorer very well and although I'm not really a fan, Isabela Moner was perfectly molded in the role. She really brings that level of energy to the character who was in the animated series. Many children will love this movie.
Here is the synopsis of the film released:
After spending most of her life exploring the jungle with her parents, nothing could prepare Dora (Isabela Moner) for his most dangerous adventure of all time – High School. Always an explorer, Dora quickly finds herself at the head of Boots (her best friend, a monkey), Diego (Jeffrey Wahlberg), a mysterious inhabitant of the jungle (Eugenio Derbez), and a group of teenage girls in a live adventure to rescue her parents (Eva Longoria, Michael Peña) and solve the impossible mystery behind a lost city of gold.
James Bobin (Alice through the mirror) directed the film, and it also stars Adriana Barraza, Temuera Morrison, Nicholas Coombe and Madeleine Madden, and Danny Trejo.
The film will be released on August 2nd.
