WWE legend teases the Undertaker match in front of Wrestlemania 35

WWE legend, Sting, hinted that he could come out of retirement to face The Undertaker before WrestleMania 35.

Sting, whose real name is Steve Borden, retired from the fight in 2016 after being inducted into the 2016 WWE Hall of Fame.

Aged 60, the player suspended surgery to correct a cervical stenosis, which would put an end to his career, to fight again with The Undertaker.

The fans were desperate to see the duo compete with their often-compared supernatural acts.

It was hoped that the long-awaited battle would have taken place at WrestleMania 31, but Sting chose Treple H instead, while The Undertaker faced Dray Wyatt.

WWE Hall of Famer Sting could come out of retirement

But Sting hopes that he will finally be able to play his match and that he will come out of his retirement to get there.

Sting told Wrestling Travel, "I mean, everyone knows who it would be.

"Taker, he's the only guy I'm going out of retirement right now. Nobody else.

"We simply could not get it together for this to happen.

Undertaker vs. Sting is highly anticipated

"When I started talking to WWE, he was booked with Brock, then I signed the agreement with Triple H and he had another quarrel at that time. So it was one of those things that we could not achieve.

"But I do not regret that it does not happen either, I mean I have to face Triple H at my first WrestleMania, and then fight Seth for the world title, so I did not get too bad from that agreement.

"But yes, now, the only person I go back to the ring is Taker."
