Butte County Public Health confirmed that measles had been diagnosed in two patients in Butte County and one in Shasta County.

Below you will find the most recent list of sites identified as potential exposure sites. If you have visited the following locations during the following hours and have not been vaccinated, you must contact the listed agency for your county.

Shasta County – Shasta County Health and Social Services: (530) 225-5591.

  • Taco Bell on Old Alturas Road in Redding on March 16th from 11am to 4pm and March 17th from 6am to noon.
  • Shasta College 800 Building on March 19th from 9.30am to 12pm and from 3.30pm to 5pm.
  • Shasta College Library on March 19th from noon to 4:30 pm
  • The Raley's Supermarket on Lake Boulevard in Redding on March 19th from 11:00 to 12:30.

Tehama County – Tehama County Health Services Agency: (530) 527-6824

  • Wal-Mart on Luther Road at Red Bluff on March 16th from 5pm. at 19 'o clock
  • Raley's on Luther Road at Red Bluff on March 18th from 6pm. at 19 'o clock

Butte County – Butte County Public Health: (530) 552-3929.

  • The Esplanade House, 181 E Shasta Ave., Chico from March 5th to 9th and March 15th to 19th.
  • Emergency room at Enloe Medical Center in Chico on March 19, 2019 from 8:30 to 21:00.

Anyone who has been vaccinated should not contact their local health department unless it begins to show symptoms. Melancholy is spread by air when an infected person coughs or sneezes.
