Bella and Cena shocked the WWE world and the entertainment world last year when they ended their six-year relationship shortly before their wedding.
The two-time women's champion said she had closed the game because she was unwilling to give up her career and ambitions for a commitment that forced one of them to stop working.
But the former Divas champion seems to have evolved to confirm her story with Chigvintsev.
Bella shared a picture of her kissing the dancer Instagram and now seems to be in a new relationship.
The reality star released the photo shortly after announcing her retirement from the fight in the season finale of her Total Bellas show.
Aged 35, this 35-year-old woman told her family that she could no longer handle the WWE's grueling travel schedule.
Bella said, "The [European] The tour was good but I feel like I'm too old for the trip, the trip was very difficult.
"On a European tour, I had a lot of time to think.
"What my body feels, being away from my business, is a waste of time.

Bella and Chigvintsev competed in the 25th season of Dancing With the Stars in 2017 and were eliminated in Week 7.
This year's winners were Lindsay Arnold and singer Jordan Fisher.
Bella's last match took place last October at Evolution.
This was the first time WWE hosted an evening dedicated to pay-per-view.
Bella challenged RAW women's champion Ronda Rousey but failed to dethrone her.
