The management of the Association of Licensed Lottery Operators and Agents (LLOAA) has stated that the Association of Lottery Agents concerned of Ghana (CLAAG) does not speak for private lottery operators in agents in Ghana .

He stated that private operators and lotto agents had no problem with the 1,000,000 GHC license fees and other relevant conditions defined by NLA in collaboration with private lottery operators and agents.

According to the statement, LLOAA's attention was drawn to the Association of Concerned Lottery Agents of Ghana (CLAAG), headed by a certain Kwaku Duah-Tawiah, claiming to be the official spokesperson for all operators and private lottery agents in Ghana.
