The vehicle allegedly belonged to some members of the team "Operation calm Life"
A calm operation vehicle, registered 49-GA-77, would have capsized while he was heading towards Tumu.
The incident that occurred over the weekend left four people injured to varying degrees.
No deaths have been recorded, however.
DGN Online sources indicate that the vehicle was escorting President Akufo-Addo from the Wa landing strip to Tumu, where he was to mark the Parri Gbielle festival with residents of the Upper West region.
An eyewitness stated that army personnel administered first aid to their colleagues prior to their transfer to the hospital.
The soldiers would react to the treatment.
It is unclear what caused the accident.
