AFC Wimbledon striker, Kwesi Appiah, expressed his satisfaction to wear the national jersey again after scoring in Ghana's 3-1 triumph over Mauritania.

The 28-year-old won and converted a penalty after making his return to the national team for the first time since 2015.

Injuries have spoiled the career of the former Crystal Palace striker, but Appiah looks set to rediscover his international form and the Kwesi Appiah coach's team for the coup de grace, for AFCON 2019 .
