Stacey Dooley broke her silence following her separation from boyfriend Sam Tucknott with a message of support for other singletons.

The Strictly Come Dancing Champion re-tweeted a message from the Netflix show, Queer Eye, that said: "YOU ARE LOVE OF LOVE".

Journalist and host Stacey shared the message, perhaps as a reminder to herself and as a message to other singles.

Last night, it was reported that Stacey and her personal trainer Sam had broken up after three years together.

This could be a sign of the "absolute curse" that stands, Stacey becoming the fourteenth celebrity to part with her partner after being listed on the BBC show.

Stacey and Sam separated

The split comes just months after 36-year-old Stacey scored the glitter game trophy with professional partner Kevin Clifton.

Sources close to Stacey said his relationship with Sam had become increasingly tense recently.

They told the Sun: "Stacey told her friends that she was struggling to maintain her love for Sam because her life had been a whirlwind after Strictly.

"She barely saw [Sam] during the one – month tour and immediately returned to documentary filming and toured the globe.

They had been together for three years

"Their lives have just taken different directions."

Last year, while Stacey was in Strictly, tensions had emerged in her relationship with Sam.

It was even claimed that Sam was increasingly jealous of Stacey's close relationship with his dance partner, Kevin.

As rumors circulated, Stacey visited Instagram to pay tribute to Sam, 30, and thank him for his support and patience.

Stacey and Kevin won Strictly

"I love you darling," she told him, adding, "Always grateful for your patience."

Despite the show of solidarity, the personal trainer would have struggled to cope with the situation when Stacey was touring with the series earlier this year.
