Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan is confident he will stay in shape ahead of the 2019 Africa Nations Cup in Egypt.
The former Sunderland man missed a recent national team mission due to injury and so gave badurances that he was working harder to stay in shape before and during the tournament .
