The Ministry of Youth and Sports (MOYS) has inaugurated four committees to promote, develop and organize sport in the country.

the four committees are; Ghana 2023 Project Team, National Sport Policy Review Committee, International Games and Competitions Committee and Local Organizing Committee (LOC) of the International Table Tennis Federation / African Table Tennis Federation (ITTF / ATTF) ).

The Minister of Youth and Sports, Isaac Kwame Asiamah, who inaugurated the committees, said he was confident that the committees would fulfill their task because they had been selected according to a rigorous process.

The minister appointed the nine-member National Sport Policy Review Committee (NSPRC), chaired by Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Perry Curtis Okudzeto, to review all existing sport policies, mobilize stakeholders and produce a policy document that will govern the development of sport in countries. Ghana.

Other members of the NSPRC are: Magnus RexDanquah (sports affairs consultant), Dr. Emmanuel Owusu-Ansah (MOYS technical advisor), Vivian Boublor (National Sports Authority Deputy Sports Development Manager), Mr. Eric Dwamena ( Director of the National College of Sport), Dr. Julius Aikins-Hawkson (Director, GIMPA Board and Innovation), Dr. Patrick Ofori (Sport Psychologist), Mr. Solomon Tetteh (Committee Secretary) and Mr. Ahmed Osumanu Halid.

Mr. Okudzeto is also chairman of the seven-member Ghana 2023 Project Team Committee, which the Minister challenged to ensure that the 2023 All African Games to be held in Accra, Ghana, will be a success.

Okudzeto badured the minister that all committees would ensure that Ghana regained its lost glory in all sports.

The other members of the committee are Barbara Asher Ayisi (MP and Deputy Minister of Public Works and Housing), Professor Peter Twumasi (NSA Director General), Ben Nunoo-Mensah (President of the Ghana Olympic Committee), Dr. Emmanuel Owusu-Ansah (MOYS Technical Advisor), Magnus RexDanquah (Sport Affairs Consultant) and Beatrice Dwumfour Williams (NSA Board Member).

The 10-member International Committee of Competitions and Gaming, responsible for ensuring the proper preparation of Ghanaian teams for international competitions, is chaired by the Director General of the NSA, Professor Peter Twumasi, chaired by MM. Emmanuel Oteng (Chief Accountant, MOYS) and Yaw E. Kutor (Director, MOYS) as members.

The other members are Dr. Emmanuel Owusu Ansah, Mr. Magnus RexDanquah, Mr. Ben Nunoo-Mensah, Reverend Richmond Quarcoo (Chief of the GOC Mission), Mr. Richard Akpokavie (General Secretary of the GOC), Mr. Salifu Omar ( Accountant, NSA) and Mr. George Owusu Anasah.

Professor Twumasi also chairs the local organizing committee of the ITTF / ATTF Championship, consisting of 10 members, who has been charged with using the competition to revive Ghanaians' interest in table tennis. The competition will start on Monday April 1st at the Accra stadium.
