The Oscar-winning actor Nicolas Cage has requested the cancellation of his cancellation just four days after forging the bond with his girlfriend makeup artist, Erika Koike, according to court papers filed in the county from Clark, Nevada.
Cage obtained a marriage license on March 23, was married the same day at the Bellagio weddings at the Bellagio Casino on the Vegas Strip and filed the cancellation petition on March 27, reported the Las Vegas Review-Journal. If the court refuses his request, he wants a divorce, says the document.
Cage and Koike, 35, had been together for at least a year, according to The Blast, which was the first point of sale to report the cancellation request. We do not know why the two separated.

It was Cage's fourth wedding. He was married for six years to his first wife, actress Patricia Arquette. He married singer Lisa Marie Presley in 2002, but filed for divorce three months later, People magazine reported. Cage was married to his third wife, Alice Kim, for 12 years. They had a son, Kal-El, in 2005 and divorced in 2016. (The first actor of Kal-El at the age of 13 last year was the voice of young Bruce Wayne in "Teen Titans Go! To the Movies.")
"It was a shock to me," said Cage about his breakup with Kim during an interview with The Guardian last year. "I certainly have not seen it coming."
Cage also has a 28-year-old son, Weston Coppola Cage, with ex-girlfriend Christina Fulton. Weston Cage married his third wife last spring.
