Menzgold Demo April Injured customers say 16 of its members are dead

Menzgold's customers, its former gold dealer, will begin a series of events starting April 2 to demand the continuation of their major investments.

EOCO, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Crown and Jubilee House to badert their claims.

"The action has become necessary because of the casual attitude of government actors vis-à-vis the plight of customers who suffer," the statement said.

The Coalition says in the statement that 15 of its members have died as a result of shock and heart failure resulting from the blockage of their funds.

Baffour Amankwaa, the MCCA representative, told Graphic Online that he was troubled by the GA's inability to liquidate the Menzgold's badets.

He claimed that EOCO officials had informed its leaders of the conclusion of the investigation and forwarded their findings to the GA.

"We recently contacted EOCO and they told us that they had completed their investigations and forwarded their findings to the Auditor General so that he would begin winding up the company.I do not know why the Auditor General is delaying", said Amankwaa.
