Tips for treating allergies and video of a "wave of pollen"

The video shows a helicopter flying over pines in a Georgia nature reserve, raising clouds of yellow pollen.

"Pollen anybody?", Asks the Ministry of Natural Resources of Georgia by sharing the video on Facebook. "Discover the pollen wave caused by a controlled combustion helicopter."

The helicopter flew over the West Point Wildlife Management Area, according to the message, near the border with Alabama, about 70 km southwest of Atlanta.

The pollen season in the south is here, with cars, roads and everything else covered with a layer of yellow stuff, leaving people praying for a rainy day just to eliminate the allergens that cause them to. ;sneeze.

The Georgia video is a very particular horror movie for a certain season in the South.

Here are some tips to reduce allergies in this pollen season:

• "Stay indoors on dry, windy days. The best time to go out is after a good rain, which helps rid the pollen of the air, "says the Mayo Clinic.
• The pollen counters are the highest in the morning, so avoid going out, said the clinic.
• Ask someone else to mow the lawn and do outdoor chores, according to the Mayo Clinic.
• Wear an anti-pollen mask if you have to perform outdoor tasks that will give a pollen boost, according to the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
• Change clothes and take a shower after being outside, says the Foundation of Asthma and Allergies in the United States.
• Do not hang the laundry for it to dry on the outside, according to the AFOA.
• Start taking allergy medications early before feeling the symptoms, says ACAAI.
• Keep the doors and windows closed at home and close the windows of the car, according to ACAAI.
• Use a vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter to extract pollen from your home and install a HEPA air filter in your room to purify the air during your sleep, says the Mayo Clinic.
