MIAMI, FL, USA – Ashleigh Barty's biggest career title has been well received by his peers and by some of the greatest tennis legends.

The Australian won the Miami Open with a two-set victory over Karolina Pliskova and was congratulated as a result of social media.

Aussie's run to the last eight games in Miami was already monumental, as she had never been before in a Premier Mandatory event.

With a first win against Petra Kvitova this round, she secured a start in the top 10, and with an impeccable service performance in Saturday's final against Pliskovashe took away the trophy.
