Kirin's Lion continued its buying spree by acquiring the British craft beer producer Magic Rock Brewing Company.
Headquartered in Huddersfield, Magic Rock employs 45 people and is now focused on meeting the growing demand for its UK portfolio. The company also exports to more than 25 countries and sees growth opportunities outside the UK with Lion's support.

This announcement follows Lion's recent acquisition of Four Pillars Gin and Teza Iced Teas. The American wine company Distinguished Vineyards & Wine Partners has purchased both Markham Vineyards and Textbook Wines. And last July, Lion bought the British craft beer brand Fourpure.
