National Democratic Congress (NDC) activist and computer expert Yayra Koku described the Deputy Commissioner of the Electoral Commission, Dr. Bossman Asare, as an "empty head" in terms of knowledge of biometrics, reports MyNewsGh. com.

Mr. Yayra's reaction relates to the EC's decision to establish a new voters' register including biometric facial data.

Dr. Bossman Asare is quoted as saying that the EC "wants to create a new voter registry because we want to add an enhanced feature called facial recognition".

He described the bluffing of the opposition National Democratic Congress as his decision to kick the register of new voters.
