Despite efforts to save money in Ghana, Adjei said the Authority was not optimistic as it was facing financial difficulties.
"The Authority has had to rely on donor funds to manage most of its programs, while respecting the conditions and pace of donors," he said.
According to the person in charge of the APP, the resources allocated to the Authority to perform its regulatory functions have been clearly insufficient over the years.
