A former Deputy Secretary General of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) revealed that the body of party cadres was being strengthened to support the party's victory in 2020.
According to Mr. Koku Anyidoho, who is himself a leader, "it is the cadres who have allowed the NDC to remain firm and to have won elections in the past".
He revealed this information at a national conference held Saturday in Koforidua for party cadres.
