The agent of Neapolitan defender Kevin Malcuit revealed that his client was a friend of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and that he was desperate to start the match against Arsenal next week.
Arsenal has been opposed to Napoli in the quarter-finals of the Europa League and the first leg will be held next Thursday at the Emirates Stadium in London.
Both teams are considered favorites to go until the end of the competition and the meeting is considered a draw of the last eight stages of the Europa League.
And Bruno Satin, Malcuit's agent, admits that his client is waiting impatiently for the big game and hopes that Carlo Ancelotti will place him in the starting lineup of the first leg.
He claimed that the defender hoped that he would do enough to convince the Napoli coach to be part of the team.
Satin on Italian radio Radio Marte: "Malcuit is looking forward to playing against Arsenal and hopes to play from the start.
