Police issued a arrest warrant against Holder Monday night (April 1). Surveillance images obtained by TMZ appeared to show the suspect in action.

LAPD police chief Michel Moore told reporters that Holder had approached Nipsey and two other men with whom he was several times Sunday (March 31) – the day of the triple shot – and spoke to them. The incumbent then returned and opened fire.

"Mr. Holder came several times and engaged in a conversation with Nipsey and the others who were there," said Moore. "He left and then returned armed with a handgun and deliberately and at repeatedly fired, striking and killing Nipsey Hussle. "

TMZ also got pictures of Holder's arrest. In the video, six police officers surround him and at least one police officer searches his clothes, presumably looking for weapons.
