Fed Cain, Bezos Split, Brexit Extension: Daily CEO, April 5, 2019

Hello

Among the young entrepreneurs at the week Fortune Brainstorm Health was Diesel Peltz, who created a company called Twenty, as in "What's Your Twenty?". This is an anti-technology technology platform. The Twenty application discourages the type of virtual sharing that characterizes most social networks, but rather facilitates in-person meetings. This puts the social back in the social network.

Peltz reminded why we organize these events. As journalists, we Fortune believe in the power of writing. And in our journalism, we describe the power of digital technology. But there is something going on in face-to-face face-to-face encounters that take precedence over everything. The connections are made. Ideas take root. The abstract becomes real. Our goal at every event is not only to present compelling stories on stage, but also to create a community outside the stage and to provide the kind of chance interactions that can drive business success.

We have organized a series of rallies this year, and I encourage CEO Daily readers to find one that suits them. You can learn more and request an invitation here. Or send me an email.
