Coinbase, the San Francisco-based cryptocurrency exchange, has been ranked in LinkedIn's Top Companies 2019 list. During the process, they became the only cryptography company on the list. The list entitled "Top Companies 2019: Where the United States wants to work now", Coinbase is ranked 35 out of 50. The ranking was carried out according to the following criteria:
- Interest in the company
- Employee Engagement by Executives
- Job application available.
- Retention rate of employees.
Alphabet, the parent company of Google and YouTube, tops the list with Facebook, Amazon, Salesforce and Deloitte. Coinbase was already on LinkedIn's list last year, counting the top 50 startups for which to work. At the time, Ripple and Gemini had also made the list to represent the cryptographic space.
