Sir Billy Connolly looked happy and healthy after being seen in a rare public appearance with his wife, Dr. Pamela Stephenson.
The comedian donned a kilt and matching jacket while leading the famous tartan day parade in New York City, New York today.
Sir Billy, 75, smiled and waved to the crowd with a rare appearance since being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
The comedy legend was seen walking side by side with his wife, who was wearing a matching tartan scarf for the event.
Together, they brought together 30,000 spectators in the heart of Manhattan to celebrate the 21st anniversary of Tartan Day.

Sir Billy led the parade, which saw more than 3,000 participants march from 44th Street to 55th Street, up Sixth Avenue.
As Grand Marshal of the Tartan Day parade in New York, Sir Billy said: "I really loved being Grand Marshal of the Tartan Day Parade in New York this year. to dance like a jig in my heart, what a day. "
The procession was composed of solo pipers, drummers, Highland dancers, Scottish clans and bagpipe groups.

The famous puppies of the parade also made their annual appearance and this year the beloved competition was judged by an internationally renowned psychologist and wife of Sir Billy, Dr. Pamela.
Five groups of Celtic dogs participated: Scotties, Westies, Dandie Dinmonts, Golden Retrievers and Shetland Sheepdogs, who beat the crowds by walking with the bands.
The tartan day parade in New York is the highlight of the week of celebrations, known as the New York Tartan Week, which features a full program of special events taking place throughout Manhattan, including Traditional Scottish dance workshops, ceilidhs appearing in places such as Bryant Park, The Tailor Pub and Carnegie Hall.
