The Rebecca Foundation Receives 100,000 GHC From Greenhouse Int & # 39; t & # 39; t Ghana Ltd
The Rebecca Foundation has received 100,000 GHC support from Greenhouse International Development Ghana Limited, a Chinese group.
The donation was made on Saturday, April 6 at the launch of the art and language exhibition of the 2019 Silk Road at the Confucius Institute of the University of Ghana (UG ).
This was made possible through the sale of paintings by six Chinese artists from the Chinese Behavioral Law Society.
A total of 180,000 GHC was made through the sale of the paintings, the remaining 80,000 GHC being used for other charitable projects in Ghana.
The exhibition Silk Road Language & Art aims to promote cultural exchanges between Ghana and China.
Ghana is one of the first countries in Africa to host the Silk Road Language & Art exhibition.
Ms. Akufo-Addo, who received the donation on behalf of her foundation after helping to present certificates to the artists, thanked the company for its kind gesture.
