Video: Eric Choupo-Moting produces a shocking pass for PSG against Strasbourg

Eric Choupo-Moting was one of the worst failures of the clash between Paris Saint-Germain and Strasbourg Sunday night.

PSG had the chance to complete the Ligue 1 title with a victory and had a great start while Choupo-Moting opened the scoring in the 13th minute.

Strasbourg equalized by Nuno da Costa but Choupo-Moting missed a golden opportunity soon after to restore the advantage of PSG.

Christopher Nkunku scooped the ball over Strasbourg goalkeeper Matz Sels, but within one meter of the pitch, Choupo-Moting stopped the ball on the line instead of pushing it into the goal.

And the PSG got worse before the break while Anthony Goncalves scored a brilliant effort to give the advantage to Strasbourg.

Thomas Tuchel was also criticized before the match for his decision to get Kylian Mbappe on the bench.

The 20-year-old is currently the top scorer in Ligue 1 with 27 goals this season – and it is probably safe to think he would have hit the target within one meter.

But PSG could save a draw while Thilo Kehrer finally found a way to pbad the excellent Salt eight minutes from the end.
