Andrew Prelea, General Manager of Vast Resources PLC (LON: VAST), discusses with Andrew Scott of Proactive London the decision to sell his 25% stake in the Pickstone Peerless Gold Mine in Zimbabwe.
The transaction will reduce other borrowings and debts on Vast's balance sheet by approximately $ 38 million to $ 10.5 million versus $ 48.3 million.
"After this restructuring, the company will probably be in the best position it has ever been," Prelea said.
