Sogne Yacouba New Kotoko confirmed to be ready to sell Yacouba

Ghana's first division Kumasi Asante Kotoko has opened negotiations with Zesco United of Zambia to transfer two of their players, striker Songne Yacouba and midfielder Emmanuel Gyamfi.

Kotoko confirmed the news on twitter late Monday night.

Burkinabe importer Yacouba only signed for the club in January 2018 at Stade Malien, while Gyamfi has been featured in Kotoko's books since May 2016.

Both men were impressed by the CAF Confederation Cup, in which Kotoko was eliminated from the group stage.

The Porcupine Warriors were paired up in the same group as Zesco United, winning 2-1 at home and losing 2-1 when both teams escaped from the group stage.
