Abdul Malik Kweku Baako, editor-in-chief of the New Crusading Guide, said Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia's figures were more credible than those of NDC Deputy Finance Minister Cbadiel Ato Forson.

According to Kweku Baako, the questions raised by Ato Forson about some of the Bank of Ghana's interventions at the National Democratic Congress (NDC), "The Real State of the Economy," were inaccurate.

Speaking as part of Joy New's news panel, he said that the data and figures provided by the vice president had nothing propagandistic about in the plenary session.
